Our standard practice is to charge the document fee to the beneficiary party of a document which can be the sender or recipient depending on the nature of the concerned document. You can refer to the details in the DTTN price list by clicking here. DTTN can also support other payment arrangement between the sender and recipient with their agreement.

What is the meaning of "Beneficiary Pays"?

The "Beneficiary Pays" concept means whoever benefits more from the transmission of the electronic document, whether directly, indirectly or consequentially in whatever manner, will pay for the charge. Beneficiary can be the sender or recipient of a document depending on the nature of the document. Please click here for the beneficiary of each DTTN supported document.
While 'Beneficiary Pays' is DTTN's standard default setting, we can also support other payment arrangement subject to agreement of the parties concerned.
