How much time and resources I need to deploy to work with DTTN to establish the direct connection?

To establish the direct connection, we suggest customer to assign 1 champion each from customer's operation and IT side respectively to participate in a project team led by a DTTN consultant(s). While the key tasks would be driven and undertaken by the DTTN project team members, customer's operation and IT representatives would co-ordinate its internal / vendors' resources / support for internal system development/testing, workflow redesign as appropriate and user acceptance testing with DTTN. The amount of customer resources required varies depending on the document scope to support DTTN, extent of changes / enhancement required on customer side and readiness of the user requirements etc. At the minimum in participating in the user acceptance testing with DTTN on the direct connection and maps is about 7 man days. |
