    Q1:
    When should I pay the annual renewal or subscription fees for the DTTN service?

     
    A:
    The annual subscription fee will normally be charged in January of each year. Should there be any update or changes on our pricing plan including the renewal and subscription fees, we will keep customers updated via email notice or e-newsletters.
     
     
    Q2:
    When should I settle the statement?
     
    A:
     

    You will receive the DTTN e-statement once a month. The payment should be settled within one month.

     
       
    Q3:
      How can I settle the payment?

     
    A:
      You can choose one of the following payment methods.

    1.

    Direct Debit.

    A convenient way to settle charge with DTTN. Simply complete and return the Direct Debit Authorization Form to us and after bank processing which takes about 4-6 weeks, DTTN can settle your payment to us through direct debit from your designated bank account.

    2.

    Cheque payment.

    Please send your cheque payable to "Digital Trade and Transportation Network Limited" to DTTN office. The address is:
    11/F & 12/F, Tower B, Regent Centre, 63 Wo Yi Hop Road, Kwai Chung, Hong Kong.
    Please state your company name, company ID, contact person and phone number at the back of the cheque.

    3. Direct bank in to our bank account.

    After bank in the payment, please fax the payment slip with your company name, company ID, contact person and phone number clearly marked on the pay slip, to (852)2610 2325.

    Q4:
      When will I receive the statement of account?

     
    A:
      An e-statement will be sent to your email address on 6th or 7th of every month.
